This role will have you working collaboratively with the Exhibition Director and Managing Director to create, implement and then execute a show business plans to achieve agreed KPIs and the successful delivery of the exhibitions.
This role requires you to lead a team to meet or exceed sales targets, exhibitor targets, exhibitor satisfaction, increase brand value and position the exhibition for future growth.

Highly regarded for their artistic styling and unique looks this event decorating and exhibition company require an Event Stylist to further develop their Sydney Styling team.
This role requires a high level of responsibility and creativity. From the outset you will be overseeing the decorating requirements of venues and exhibitions from concept through to completion, including developing designs, supervising bump in and bump outs, supplier management, lifting and loading heavy items, client management and follow up. This is achieved via the use of a dedicated CRM database and understanding of the company’s in-house products. Therefore, you will need to be highly organized with excellent communication, sales and computer skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to innovate will assist you in providing first class design solutions to your clients using your detail oriented approach.
To be considered for this role, you MUST have 2-3 years proven experience in event decorating or visual merchandise and sales. You will need to have a tertiary qualification in event management, design or a related discipline, hold a current drivers licence, and be able to work some weekends and split shifts. A passion for design and decoration is essential.
A strong understanding of and an ability to apply sales and customer relations processes is highly regarded. Your approachable and easy-going nature, communication skills and motivation to succeed will be a great asset in this fun, hard working company.

Your background of five years plus in set and construction experience will enable you to take on clients with large set construction requirements.

Your creativity and attention to detail, coupled with your project management and budgeting skills will be integral to this role - from the design and quoting phase of the sales process, through to the development and execution of each project.
