How Do I Register?
Via the website, complete the online form “Join Our Talent Pool” located in our Crew section. There is a facility to upload your current CV, which is a requirement of registering with us. A Consultant will be in contact with you to discuss your CV further and arrange a time to attend an interview, should there be a suitable fit available. |

What Will I Be Paid?
The payment options will be determined by the type of role you are applying for. This will be discussed with you in further detail at your initial interview with Event Resources. For Temporary assignments there is a rate schedule for both casual and freelance crew members, which aligns with our Crew Precis (see Crew section on our website). These rates will be given to you at your initial interview.

How + When Will I Be Paid?
Payment is direct deposited into your nominated bank account every second Monday. Funds should be cleared within 2 working days. |

Can I Decide How Much/Little I Work?
Yes. It is up to you whether you take on an ongoing assignment or a short temporary role. It is ideal to advise ER of your availability so we may keep you posted on various roles as they present themselves. |

Is Work Guaranteed?
No. Due to the nature of the industry we can not guarantee a steady flow of work. We will do our very best to provide you with opportunities, however we can not guarantee that work will always be available. |

Will I Be Taxed?
This depends on whether you are a freelancer (ie. you operate as a sole trader, with your own ABN), or you register as an employee of Event Resources. We will discuss these options with you at your initial interview |

How Should I Dress?
Smart business attire is required for every assignment unless otherwise advised. If you are uncertain about what you should wear for a specific role, please discuss this with an ER representative. |

What Happens If I Get Injured Onsite?
You will need to complete an incident form immediately and ensure this is signed and dated by your direct report and contact your ER representative at your earliest convenience to discuss the incident. We will advise the course of action from this point. |

What About Insurance?
As an employee of Event Resources your Workcover is taken care of. If you operate under an ABN, you need to have the adequate insurances for the role/s you undertake. Should you require additional information on this, please contact your ER representative to discuss in further detail. |

Is There Any Superannuation?
For employees of Event Resources, superannuation is calculated at 9% and is payable into your nominated Superannuation Account. If you operate under an ABN, superannuation payments are your responsibility. Should you have any concerns regarding your Superannuation payment, please contact your ER representative. |

What About Holidays?
As a temporary employee you will not accrue holiday leave. You will only be paid for the hours that have been worked. |
